A Dolly Pixie Coat

Lavender, a 15/16" sweetie was born today at Sami's Dolls.
She still needs a dress and a visit at the hairdresser's and then she is ready to move into her new home.

I will let you know as soon as she is available for Sale.

Crimson is home

 Dolly Mail day!!!!
A parcel from Bamboletta, Canada arrived today.

I even left a friend's place early when hubby told me that THE parcel had arrived.

 Beautiful sweetheart Crimson. A little red head with freckles. Oh, the cuteness!

And after the hairdresser's. I am just so in lvoe with messy buns.

Love those 2. They are MY dollies.
I think my Bambo collection is complete (for now, anyway).
Always wanted a red head and a blondie.
And my lil one has a dark skinned one for herself.

Ok, back to making more Sami's dolls now :)

Storm a hippie doll for hubby

 Today "Storm" was born.
HUbby wanted a hippie doll with crazy hair and hippie clothes.

Inspired by my beloved Bamboletta dolls, of course.

 Belle was born on the 17/02/2012
I made her for the Dolly Swap in a Facebook Group.

I absolutely adore her and will have a hard time letting her go.

 For a challenge in the Aussy Waldy Dolly Group I made a 5" mini doll.

Back home in Australia - Lots of Mail!

 Just arrived back home in Australia after 5 weeks with family and friends in Germany.
This is some of the mail I found when I got back.
While I was sitting in freezing cold Germany, I did "some" online shopping.

 My most favoritest parcel was this little one from Canada.

 From a little company called Bamboletta.

 Who make the most amazing dolls.

 Krista is home!

Seraphina

This little sweetheart was born today.
I love the handspun and dyed yarn from Germany.
She is wearing an overall my mum sewed 30 years ago for now. It is way too big, but she would be freezing without one.

Layla

 Yesterday, the 1.02.2012, Layla was born.
She is for a friend's niece in Germany who has Persian roots, so she needs black hair :)

This is the first time I made the hair with a crochet cap. Lots of work and lots of wool go into this! :)
