I am using Australia Post to send all my items.
I usually post items within 1-3 days of payment received.
Australia Post increases their prices one to two times a year, unfortunately, but I am trying to keep the shipping costs as low as possible by using regular mail for lighter items and smaller dolls.
Registered Mail/ Insurance
The larger dolls and items I send by registered mail. If you would like to have your items registered and/ or insured instead, please contact me and I will invoice you for the difference.
Shipping Times
Shipping within Australia usually takes 3 to 7 days.
Shipping to the USA and Canada can take 1 to 6 weeks with an average of 2 to 3 weeks.
Shipping to Asia takes 1 to 4 weeks, usually and
Shipping to Europe averages around 2 weeks.
I have not sent any items to other parts of this beautiful world yet, so I can not give you an estimate there.
Packaging
I send the classic Sami dolls up to 12" and my Slim Sami dolls up to 14" in a bubble wrap envelope via regular Air Mail, unregistered. I never had a doll go missing *knock on wood* and they all arrived in their new homes safely.
If you would prefer I send the doll in a box, please contact me and I will invoice you for the additional cost (about $10-$15, depending on the doll weight)
All larger dolls are sent in boxes via Registered Mail. Since Australia Post calculates the price not only on weight, but also om the measurements of the box, the prices can be quite high. (About $60 for 18"-20" dolls)
Shipping Terms
I will only ship to your Paypal address. Please ensure your Paypal address is up to date.
Taxes and Duties
The buyer is responsible for any and all taxes, duties and custom charges.
Claims and Damage
Any damage that happens during transit, after I hand off the parcel at the postage is not my responsibility. Please contact your local Post Office.
All dolls come with a certificate of Authenticity and care instructions.
